Tyler was extremely helpful, took time to understand what my needs where and offered several fitting options, even when I changed my mind he was able to quickly adapt and present a different solution. Of all the loan officers I spoke with during my shopping Tyler was the easiest to understand, I never heard double-speak, or empty promises. He followed through on everything and was extremely responsive right down to last minute questions I had on my closing date. I would definitely want to work with Tyler again.

Fast and easy process very worth it

AMAZING! They actually delivered what they had promised. 3.5% down payment, using my last year tax return to get me a loan to buy my first ever house. I am in the Title and Escrow business, worked my butt off to support my family. My 2014 income was horrible, and in the beginning of 2016 when I was preparing to file my 2015 tax return, I contacted Joel Ventura at Wyndham who calm me down and promised me to get me a loan with 3.5% down and to use my last year's tax return to purchase a house for my family. Beyond my expectation. When I watched my little daughter play on our own backyard and realized that we are no longer living in the crowded apartment. All thanks to Wyndham strongly recommend if looking to obtain a home mortgage loan, they are outstanding.

Very Good Experience

I was nervous about finding a lender on line. There are so many and u don't know which companies are good and legitimate. From the onset Wyndham made me feel comfortable and secure with providing my information and that they were legitimate. Matt was great as well as the team he worked with and it all worked out. Dan Toth is the Best

Sent to manager of Dan Toth by e-mail. I have just had the privilege of working with Dan Toth on a potential refinance for my condominium. Unfortunately, at this time, my income does not meet the standards to attain a beneficial loan. There is always the future but that is not guaranteed. However, the experience of working with Dan Toth was so worth it. I am a retired 50 year veteran of Corporate life, a large portion of which was spent as a senior executive assistant to five consecutive CEO's in 15 years. So I know the best when I see it and Dan Toth is definitely the BEST. Dan is intelligent, knowledgeable of Wyndham Capital and its offerings and he is a kind, approachable and well-meaning human being. I had three conversations with Dan and he asked great questions, worked hard and wasted no time getting to me with a proposal and honest advice. I was truly impressed and I wanted to share that with you. He is a winner and Wyndham Capital is very fortunate to have him as a prominent team member.
