No pressure collaborative experience
Tyler was extremely helpful, took time to understand what my needs where and offered several fitting options, even when I changed my mind he was able to quickly adapt and present a different solution. Of all the loan officers I spoke with during my shopping Tyler was the easiest to understand, I never heard double-speak, or empty promises. He followed through on everything and was extremely responsive right down to last minute questions I had on my closing date. I would definitely want to work with Tyler again.

Tyler Hines is an excellent Loan Officer
Tyler Hines was our loan officer. He was a pleasure to work with. Tyler was always available and was super responsive to every inquiry we made. We had several issues with miscommunication between his subordinate workers and the underwriters which added to the stress but Tyler never failed to address the issues and resolve them quickly. We closed this loan within 30 days of beginning the process. That is very impressive.

Exceptional experience
We recently refinanced our mortgage with Wyndham. The experience was a 180 degree turn-around from the experience we had with our credit union some years ago. Tyler and his team were on top of everything; making sure I had seen their requests for info if they hadn't heard from me in a few days. They also gave me updates via email and phone call every two to three days of the overall status of the process. They sent a notary to the house to finalize the paperwork. The overall process took about seven weeks from the time I initiated contact with them and was a breeze.

Finally Got it done...
My loan was a little bit more complicated but Wyndham worked to get me approved. The interest was a little higher than my bank was offering but Wyndham was offering a better package that matched my needs...
