Best Experience Refinancing a Mortgage

My husband and I were skeptical at first since Wyndham Capital Mortgage is located out of State. It’s already a difficult process when sitting face-to-face with a mortgage banker, so we were very nervous about doing paper work in different time zones and doing most of our communicating via email. I received an email from Cody Sento, Professional Mortgage Consultant, introducing himself and Wyndham Capital Mortgage. He did not bombard me with phone calls or emails, like other consultants, but instead waited for my reply. When I did finally contact Mr. Sento, we spoke at length regarding my concerns about refinancing. He answered all my questions and constant emails. I found him to be very patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and confident. My husband I discussed the information Mr. Sento had provided, and we felt that I would be the one communicating with Mr. Sento, since I'm always the one with too many questions. Once that was clear, we decided to move forward with refinancing. Once the process started, Mr. Sento kept me informed every step of the way. He was very patient with all my questions. Emails were answered promptly. I had no problem uploading or downloading documents for review. The service and attention to detail I received from Mr. Sento was outstanding. Even though we were on different time zones, this was by far the best refinance experience we've ever had with a Mortgage Banker. The service and attention to detail I received from Cody Sento and Wyndham Capital Mortgage was outstanding. I fully recommend Cody Sento and Wyndham Capital Mortgage.

Excellent Experience

Forget the big Banks. I tried with my 2 Banks and I did not get a single call back from them to follow up on me with my request. I tried Lendingtree and Wyndham Capital Mortgage and not only got the best rate offered ( I also got quotes from other lenders withing Lendingtree) but also and Outstanding customer service.

Tyler was there during the whole process until I close the loan. I received an outstanding customer service from him. He made the process a lot easier and he worked with me to find solution and alternative to requirements

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. The biggest regret ever was using this website to find a loan and then being linked with wyndham. They've turned this whole process into a conveyer belt process. No communication, lots of blaming each other for why something didn't happen or get done. They avoid your calls and never reply back to emails and if they do and you are on the west coast it doesn't matter what they ask for because they'll communicate with you at end of day for them. I have never had such a horrible experience. They are the worst I've ever had to deal with. They were more concerned with getting this sale and once that seemed inevitable they pretty much walked away and was the least amount of helpful possible. It felt like a bunch of children running this operation. We did not close on time and they failed to tell me anything.

The Total Package

My wife and I are in the medical field and didn't know the first thing about buying a house and all that goes along with it. Thankfully our Loan officer, Brandon Rushing, and other members of his team were extremely helpful and compassionate throughout the entire process. Very easy to communicate with with and the app and online site made it easy to get the necessary paperwork in. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with.
