About Me
Daniel is a veteran of the Armed Forces. He served in the Army from 2006*****. He served one tour of duty to Iraq assisting EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) with security. Daniel is extremely grateful that he was able to serve his country. Daniel takes pride in serving his clients and making sure they are comfortable through the whole process. He takes time to get to know his clients, building a long lasting relationship and will guarantee every ounce of effort is put into each of his client’s wants and needs.

I would work with this team again
Daniel did a great job stepping in when my original loan officer was away. He was clear and concise about each step of the process, and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. I'm so excited to get into my new home!

Phenomenal refinance

The loan officer that I worked with was Daniel Formeck. He was very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I received answers for any questions that I had about the loan process and the loan status. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for a loan officer that is on top of things. I'm not sure if it is good or bad, but the entire loan process from the point of Dan contacting me to the closing date took about 30 days.

Daniel was the reason I called Wyndham mortgage first when receiving multiple calls from other companies with offers. His introductory voicemail stood out from the rest , sounding polite and understanding to the fact I'm probably getting hounded with calls but asked me to call him back in my own time to see how much money he could save me with Wyndham. The ball was never dropped from the beginning to closing, which happened often with my previous mortgage provider when making basic inquiries.. I was most impressed with the way I was introduced to different members of staff who were dealing with my loan during the progress. Just that one call goes a long way just to say "we haven't forgot about you and here is where we are with your loan" I work in customer service and I feel like we as a company have things to learn from Daniel and Wyndham as a whole. Great experience! Thanks Daniel!
