A very satisfied customer
This was my 1st refi and I had heard horror stories about it. I was prepared for a battle and the 1st 2 companies I spoke with were horrible. Pushy, not too informative and rushing me to start. One called me literally 2-3 times a day every day! I even told them to stop calling me and they did*****.for two days and then they started calling me again. This stopped after about 2-3 weeks!! Enter Nick Wilkie with Wyndham Capital Mortgage. He was very patient with my many questions and was not the least bit pushy and never sounded tired of my questions even though I had not committed to using Wyndham at that point. I decided to go with Nick and Wyndham and the experience was great!! Nick and his assistant kept in touch with me through every step of the process via phone, text, or email.
