Drew saved the day.

We were shopping for a home purchasing loan when our rental home mortgage bank called us and asked us for refinancing. We've decided to do both purchasing the new home and refinancing of the rental home with this bank so we don't have to do the same paper work twice. After all, they had us for last 7 years so what can go wrong. Refinance took a month, and we were told the purchasing loan was 98% done a month before the closing date. A week before the closing date, they started asking a few other documents which we provided right away. Three days before the closing date, they dropped the ball because they didn't know their own corporate policy. We could have provided whatever they needed but not in three days. We were more than furious because we had renters moving to our current home in 10 days and they couldn't close before that. We fired them and called Drew at Wyndham capital. Wyndham did two purchase loans and two refinancing loans with us in the past. We explained our dire situation and he set up our loan portal while we were on the phone. Drew told us with mandatory waiting period and such, two weeks would be the absolute minimum but he would try to set a record for us. We uploaded all the docs we had and the loan processor, Nona Johnson called us daily and let us know what additional docs requests had been posted. We turned them around in the matter of hours. She answered all our calls and was always in touch making sure everything went ok with the underwriters. She even stayed after 6:00 PM on Friday of Memorial day weekends to make sure the loan was completely processed. Anyway, Drew kept his promise. He rounded up all the right people and whatever he had to do pull this magic. We started the loan process on May 17th and closed on June 1st. That's 10 business days. Thanks to Drew, we didn't have to be homeless while owning two homes. Drew truly saved the day.

Eternally Grateful for Lea Morgan

Smooth efficient process and good costs

This is the second time I've used Wyndham, initially to purchase my home and this time to refinance once rates had dropped. On both occasions I've worked with Chris Trueman as my mortgage consultant and he has been excellent on both occasions. On my first occasion I was buying my first home and he was able work out a good deal when a previous deal with one of the bigger name lenders fell through. This time it was a refi and more on my terms and he was able to give me a number of different options to choose from to meet my needs. Chris is polite, friendly and always has your best interests in mind. He is always responsive and makes the process very easy.
