Refinancing

Well, not sure where to start, however I will highlight areas of concern, when refinancing. I will begin to simple say that Brett is true professional and a pleasure to work with. Meaning, me being in the west coast, and Brett being in the east coast ( 3 Hours Difference) he was there even after 5 hours to answer a concern that I may have had. Not once but many times. Always maintained his professionalism and never showed any sort of indifference when communicating with him. Brett, from the very beginning gave me the best rate available and by the time we were getting closer to closing the rate improved a little bit and he was able to apply that new Interest rate. During this process he was able to keep me informed of the progress, and always there to answer whatever question I had without any problem. When I asked him to provide and follow up on an issue he never failed and promptly gave me the information I requested. If you ever need to get a straight up front honest person to give you honest answers Brett is the guy to go to! You will NOT be disappointed, I can assure you of that, as this is the second time I used him and never had any hesitation to use him again and very glad I did and he saved me Lot's of money. One simple last thing I need to mention, and before you decide to use his services shop around and you will note that his prices were the best! I say that due to trying exactly that and contacted several people I spoke with gave me refinancing rates at least twice the cost of what Brett gave me.
