Great transactions - both of them!
I've used Wyndham twice now - once for a purchase and once for a re-fi. I worked with Adam Coleman on both of these transactions and they were both as smooth as can be expected. There are always special requests from underwriting - I've never had ANY mortgage that didn't experience some of that. Adam and his team were exceptional in keeping me informed of the progress and helping out with any of the special requests. I will definitely continue to use both Wyndham and Adam for my future mortgage needs.
